EXPO / iaf 2003 in Münster, Germany, from 13 to 15 May 2003, the

presentation by Pfleiderer track systems focussed on its comprehensive

satisfied essential prerequisites for enabling speeds up to 300 km/h.

Pfleiderer track systems at iaf 2003 Family of products for advanced track systems

Pfleiderer ballastless track systems, which has by now developed to include
a comprehensive product family, has achieved noteworthy international
success. In Germany, Pfleiderer track systems has played a
major role in realizing the new line from Cologne to the Rhein-Main air
complex, and is currently participating in construction of the line from
Nuremberg to Ingolstadt, for the high-speed route to Munich. In foreign
projects in western Europe, work is progressing at top speed on the
Dutch HSL Zuid line, and a major project is in development in England.
In the large-scale project underway in Taiwan, all train stations and turnouts
are being executed with RHEDA 2000 systems - for which Pfleiderer
is setting up a production line customized for manufacture of the
special bi-block sleepers being installed there. Within the coming two
years, the company expects further major contracts from Korea, Malaysia,
and from other customers from the Far East.
